Southwest College WebCT Support Policy
The Department of Instructional Computing and Telecommunications Support at Southwest College provides WebCT hosting services for hybrid and some distance education courses taught by Southwest College faculty.
Service Hours
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Note: Service requests made during off hours will be handled on the following business day.

To request a WebCT faculty account and/or WebCT course shell, e-mail the following information to the WebCT administrator listed above :

The catalog number of your course (e.g., engl1301, hist2302, etc.).

The title of your course (Introduction to Psychology, Art History II, etc.).

The number of sections of each course you teach.

Your full name, e-mail address, and telephone number.
You will be contacted when your WebCT course shells have been established. At that time you will be assigned a WebCT UserID and password.
WebCT Faculty Responsibilities

Provide digital class roster for student accounts

Conduct student orientation to WebCT

Manage/Backup all course content
