For Southwest College faculty and staff only. To request an account on the Learning Web, fill out the form below and submit. You will receive a follow-up email from the Learning Web administrator with your account information.

Use your college email account (i.e. samuel.clemens@hccs.edu)

Your office or departmental phone number

Location (Required)

Your office or primary campus

Department (Required)

The department for which you teach

Courses (Required)

List the courses which will be using your web site. Separate courses with a comma.

Portrait

You may optionally upload a photo of yourself to be used for your member portrait on your home page (size > 1MB)
