Dr. Pamela Bilton-Beard

Welcome to the page of Dr. Pamela Bilton Beard, Guided Studies instructor, Southwest College.  I am a native Houstonian educated in the Houston Independent School District.  My college career began at Houston Community College before attending Southwest Texas State University.  After completing two years, I chose to return to Houston to complete my college degree.  I received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Texas Southern University.  I then attended Prairie View A&M University where I received a Masters Degree in Counseling.  In 2006, I attained my Doctorate in Education from Texas Southern University.

I have a passion for helping others to achieve their goals in life.  Education is the key to your success!!!!
