Kathryn Ziemba
I have been teaching ESL since the early 1970's. I lived in Japan for over two years, where I taught ESL to Japanese businessmen. I'm married with two grown sons, aged 23 and 20.

Kathryn Brauer Ziemba holds a B.A. in
English/Drama from Briarcliff
College
and an M.A.,in English from the University
of Houston.
Ms. Ziemba has taught for the Intensive English Program at Gulfton Center
since January of 1993. Prior to that, she taught English as a Foreign Language
for the Language Institute of Japan for two years, and English as a Second
Language for E.L.S. in Houston
for 3 years. While studying, she taught freshman Composition and sophomore
Literature at the University
of Houston
as recipient of a teaching fellowship. Ms. Ziemba has been a member of TexTESOL
since 1993 and frequently attends conferences.
