Biography

Joe Starr has been an instructor in the Intensive English Program since 1985. He holds a B.A. in History and a M.A. in Applied Linguistics/TESL from the University of  Houston. He is the author of a beginning ESL composition textbook, Write on Target, and the co-author of a beginning ESL reading text, A Slice of American Life.
