Jack Westmoreland received his Bachelor Degree in Music Education and his Masters Degree in Music Performance from the University of Houston.

 In addition to his teaching assignments at Houston Community College, Mr. Westmoreland also teaches at Memorial Middle School.

 Mr. Westmoreland is a freelance percussionist in the Houston area, performing regularly with various theatre companies such as Masquerade Theatre and Stages Repertory Theatre.
