Motocross Editing Assignment = Due in class on April 1st 2008 in MPG4 format by 9 PM!

You have all the clips you need on the DVD that came with the class textbook.

You will complete an edit that matches the example that the instructor gives out in class on disc. The edit should be exactly 30 seconds in length.

You will use music from the disc called Promo Music > Motocross > Racing Footage.

You should not use music under the interview parts where people are talking!

1. DS Intro. > motocross > team story (2 seconds and 19 frames)

2. Two jump over camera > motocross > practice shoot (1 second 5 frames)

3. Cam shooting jumpers > motocross > practice shoot (2 second 2 frames)
   *note this has slow motion of 35%

4. Two jump over camera > motocross > practice shoot (1 second 6 frames)
   *note this is a continuation of the same shoot used above in clip number 2

5. Dirt to camera > motocross > practice shoot (1 second 14 frames)
   *note that the image is flopped 180 degrees to do this use effects > filters > perspective > flop

6. JM what you see > Motocross > Racing Footage (5 seconds 26 frames)

7. Dirt to camera > motocross > practice shoot (7 second 27 frames)
   *note this is a continuation of the same shoot used above in clip number 5

9. Reverse 2 jump > motocross > practice shoot (22 frames)
