Class time is to be used as outside lab time to work on and shoot the Exchange, and to work on the concept statement and story boards for the PSA Project.Homework - Read from textbook Lesson 9 (pages 297 to 332) - Capturing Footage

Week 3 - 1/29/2008
Quiz on FCP Introduction & Types of Shots.
Lecture - The FCP Interface and Basic Work Flow + Log & Capture Footage, Importing Digital Assets.
In Class Lab - Work Flow and Cuts Only Edit + Capture footage from tape. Capture and start edit of The Exchange.
The Exchange raw footage due in class (start)

Week 4- 2/5/2008
Marcelo G. talks about NAB trip.
Quiz on FCP Lessons 1 & 9.
Lecture - Basic Editing in FCP.
In class lab - Edit of The Exchange (This exercise must be complete by the start of class 2/12/2008 = come to lab!).
The Exchange raw footage must be catpured by each student due in class (start)

Lecture - Film Grammer and on the readings from Lessons 3 and Soundtrack.
In class lab - Crit the Exchange Edits & work on pre production paper work (concept statement+ storyboards+shot sheet) for PSA!
