Biography
Donna Kruszewska holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She joined the Intensive English Program faculty at Southwest College in 1997 and has worked in the field of international administration and education for twenty-five years. She started teaching ESL at HCC in 1984 and has taught in several of the college's ESL
programs. She was the assistant program director at the University of Houston Accelerated Language Program for five years where she was responsible for teacher training and curriculum/project design. While at the University of Houston, she implemented two short-term ESL programs in Beijing, China. Her experience in international administration includes a position with the Saudi Arabian Educational Mission in Houston as well as with the African Educators Exchange Project for the American Association of University Women in Washington, D.C. she did graduate work at the School for International Training, Experiment in International
Living in Vermont. Over the years, she has presented at national, regional, and local TESOL, TACSCE (Texas Association for Community Service and Continuing Education) and NUCEA (National University Continuing Education Association) conferences.
