About me

The last 35 years of my professional career in accounting has been with Southwestern Bell Telephone Co (now ATT) and with Southern Stevedoring Co. a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan Inc.  I started teaching part-time as a adjunct professor for various local colleges and universities in August of 2000 and became a full time accounting professor with the Houston Community College System in August of 2007.   I obtained a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree from the University of Houston-Downtown in May of 1990, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown in May of 1997 and a Master of Accountancy (MSA) degree  from the University of Houston in August of 2000.
