Dr. Andrea H. Jaber received the first Doctor of Music in Voice from Rice University's Shepherd School of Music in 2002.  Since then, she has been on the Faculty of Houston Community College Southwest, where she teaches Private Voice lessons, Music Appreciation, and conducts The Southwest Choir.
